WHAT DOES THE ‘GOLDEN MEAND SOCIETY’ (GMS) DO?
First of all, GMS is a non-profit foundation. Making money is not its aim.
Its mission is to bring principled lawsuits for people who do not have enough
money to pay for legal fees and cannot receive free government-paid legal aid either.
This is where GMS may step in.
So, now you know GMS’s direct mission.

Because we do solicit donations, GMS is transparent about its finances. All financial documents,
such as annual financial statements, monthly financial summaries and other documents are

at this moment, if this part of the work will continue. For the time being not. But who knows?

These 22 Court Cases were paid for and handled by the undersigned as attorney.
As of 2025, however, court cases sponsored by GMS are outsourced to other attorneys.
During 2025 three cases were subsidized by GMS, two of them having to do with
industrial accidents. GMS has sponsored the workers. The third case is about the granting
of the Dutch nationality to a biological son of a Bonairean Dutch citizen.
These three 2025 cases (and a fourth one in 2026) have now been ‘uploaded’ on
our website, but not extensively as in the past. For copyright reasons, it is
not possible to publish all court documents without the permission of their
author(s). So, we now only publish a short description of each case and the
anonymized judgment of the Court as soon as it has been pronounced.
