ANON. vs. Ministry of Social Affairs

​The government sees bigamy, whereas the law does not.
Freedom of religion and the principle of tolerance are at stake.
Intolerance in this case has consequences that are far worse
than the perceived immorality. The direct consequence is the
separation of children from their parents. The conduct harms no-one.
